Overdue Payments

Bills are due 20 days after the billing date. A delinquency fee of five percent (up to a maximum of $250) will be assessed to the unpaid water charges six days after the due date.

Is your account past due?

We get it. Life happens and a financial hardship can happen to anyone. We offer payment extensions and arrangements for more manageable payments. Additionally, a partial payment is better than no payment and may keep the water on.
