New Construction Rebates

New construction rebates are open to all Denver Water customers, including single-family residential, multi-family residential, multi-tenant, commercial and industrial accounts. The water account must be activated Jan. 1, 2009 or later to qualify.

 

New Construction: Single-Family Residential
Available for water accounts activated between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2009

  • Verify that you qualify for Denver Water rebates with this list of qualifying water providers.
  • Verify that the appliance/fixture models are eligible for a rebate by referring to the list of eligible purchases.  
  • The appliance/fixture must be purchased between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2009. 
  • The rebate application must be submitted within 90 days of date of purchase. No exceptions.
  • Installation inspection is required before Denver Water will issue a rebate. 
  • Up to three toilets per single-family residence are eligible for the rebate.

A complete application must include:

  • Signed application form
  • Receipt with date, fixture/appliance brand and model, quantity and amount paid. Attach entire receipt to application 
  • Completed and signed affidavit 
  • A copy of a valid ID

Keep a copy of the complete application for your records.

Single-Family Residential: Application Form (PDF)

New Construction: Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Multi-Unit Residential
Available for water accounts activated between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2009.

  • Use the form (PDF) for any commercial, industrial, institutional or multi-unit new construction projects.
  • Contact Denver Water as early in the project as possible and before the project is complete.
  • If your project is five multi-family units or more, contact Denver Water before proceeding. Funding levels are not guaranteed
    • Your rebate may involve a contract with terms and conditions in addition to these rules.
    • Download this spreadsheet and complete the required information. 
  • If your project includes four units or less, complete this application (PDF) and submit within 90 days of date of purchase. No exceptions. 
  • Verify that you qualify for Denver Water rebates with this list of qualifying water providers (PDF)

  • Provide your Federal Tax Identification number on the application form.
  • Installation inspection is required before Denver Water will issue a rebate.
