Note: Fees include both irrigation reviews and plan reviews.
Filing Fees
- $450 for plans with 300 feet or less of pipe
- $900 for plans with 301 feet to 2,500 feet of pipe
- $1,500 for plans with 2,501 feet or more of pipe
- $450 for the review of one or two fire hydrants only or fire lines with domestic connections only
Minimum Inspection Fees
- $900 minimum inspection fee for plans with 300 feet or less of pipe
- $510 for one or two fire lines with domestic connections or one or two fire hydrants
- $3 per linear foot of pipe
Note: A $70 per hour overtime rate will apply for after hours and weekend inspections. When work is scheduled for weekends or after hours and is not a continuation of the regular work day a minimum of two hours will be charged with subsequent one hour increments.
Reproduction Fees
- $1.25 per sheet for reproducing a blue line drawing from a Mylar.
Filing, inspection, and reproduction fees will be collected prior to approval of water plans. The filing and inspection fees for pump stations, reservoirs and conduits will be determined by the Engineering Division on an individual basis. These fees are reviewed and updated annually.
