Denver Water Purchasing will no longer be publishing its formal Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Request for Bidders’ Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), or any results, on this Web site. Purchasing will no longer be mailing hard copy documents.
Purchasing bidding opportunities will be issued through the Rocky Mountain Online Bid System, which is a division of BidNet, a nationwide company widely used in the Rocky Mountain area. There are approximately 44 governmental agencies that use the Rocky Mountain Online Bid System. These agencies have posted more than 6,000 solicitations since 2002.
All suppliers/contractors interested on bidding will be required to sign up with the Rocky Mountain Online Bid System to access Denver Water Purchasing opportunities. There is no cost to the supplier/contractor. However, if the supplier/contractor wishes to be notified automatically of Denver Water Purchasing bid opportunities, a nominal fee is required by the Rocky Mountain Online Bid System.
