Requesting service transfers
To request a transfer of service, complete the the online form or request via e-mail. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
The new system requires the previous address and phone number for the new customer. Also new to the process for single-family residential properties only: if the next meter read is within five days of the closing date, you may choose to waive the $75 fee and use the regular meter reading.
If you need a transfer of service within 24 hours, or if you would like to cancel an existing order for a transfer of service, please call 303-893-2444 to speak to a Customer Care Specialist. They are available to assist you during regular business hours, Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
