Slicing and dicing the top of Gross Dam

TAP - April 7, 2023 - Sometimes, before you go up, some things must come down. That happened at Gross Reservoir in Boulder County, where construction crews spent months during summer and fall 2022 removing a large section of concrete on the top of the Gross Dam.
