Denver Water customers can sign up for e-bill
Are you a Denver Water customer who receives your monthly bill in the mail?
Consider going paperless to securely receive your Denver Water monthly water bill in your email inbox!
Denver Water’s e-bill is the sustainable payment option that saves time and helps its customers eliminate the cost of checks, postage and bill pay service provider fees.
E-bill customers also can save their payment information, making it easy to pay the bill with just one click when the email arrives in their inbox.
Denver Water customers who receive a monthly bill from Denver Water can sign up for the e-bill option using their Denver Water Online account and their email address.
To sign up to receive e-bills using a Denver Water Online account, customers can log in to their online account, add an email address on the “Account Maintenance” page, then click the “Sign Up” button in the e-bill field on the “Account Overview” page.
The Denver Water Online account also allows customers to pay their monthly water bill, review payment and consumption history, sign up to receive text reminders and enroll in autopay plans.
Customers who need to create a Denver Water Online account will need their email address and their Denver Water account number and customer ID. (These can be found at the top of their Denver Water bill.)
To set up an account, go to denverwater.org and click “Manage Account/Pay Bill” in the upper right corner. Follow the prompts to create your account.
