How long is too long to celebrate a birthday? A day? A week? A whole month? Well, we’ve been celebrating all year and don’t plan to slow down any time soon.

The day is finally here, Aug. 6.

This is the day that 100 years ago the citizens of Denver voted to buy the Denver Union Water Company and form what is now Denver Water.

Denver Water is celebrating our Past, Present and Future, our remarkable progress, our community and customers, stakeholders, partners and employees. We also are committed to facing the next century and beyond with the same innovation, foresight and commitment to our customers demonstrated by the water pioneers.

As we enter our next century of service, we’re facing new challenges with ingenuity, hard work and grit, never swaying from our original pursuit to manage and improve the complex system entrusted to us. Thank you for your support and we look forward to another 100 years.
