The purpose of Total Rewards consulting services is to provide strategic guidance that integrates competitive and emerging market practices in the management of Denver Water's (The Board's) Total Rewards program. Services include consulting on the Board’s Total Rewards program, financial reporting, vendor management, administration and communication support, actuarial, broker, employee education, compensation services, and work related to plan compliance and governance.

The selected vendor will assist with awarding and managing providers for Denver Water’s self-funded and fully insured employee benefit plans and wellness programs and to provide compensation analysis based on current market data.
