Payment centers
You can make cash payments at Western Union agent locations. Payments can be made in cash or with a PIN-based debit card (at participating locations).
Things to remember:
- Be sure to have your statement with you so you can relay your account number and customer ID.
- Payment by this method may not prevent a turn-off related to past-due charges.
- Western Union hours may differ by location.

There are two pay-by-phone options: One is automated, and the other is processed by a Denver Water Customer Care representative.
