Denver Water’s online job application system gives our candidates greater flexibility in the application process. It may be accessed from any computer with an internet connection. Potential applicants can review open positions on their mobile phones.

  • An offer of employment may be contingent upon satisfactory results of a post-offer drug test and alcohol. Denver Water tests for the following: amphetamines, cocaine, marijuana (THC), opiates, and phencyclidine (PCP). A strength test may also be conducted due to the physical requirements of the position. If the position is deemed safety-sensitive or requires a CDL you will be placed on the random drug and alcohol testing list which means you may be tested if your name is selected while employed at Denver Water.

  • Denver Water’s online application system operates on a secure server to ensure your privacy. Denver Water does not sell information about applicants to third parties.
  • As an applicant, you will create your own user ID and password. Denver Water’s human resources department cannot access that information.
  • Once you have created a profile, you can save your information in the system and update it as your skills or personal information change.
  • Additionally, each time you apply for a new position, you will have the opportunity to review and update your application information.
  • Candidates may log in to the application portal to see their status. Otherwise, they will receive a status update via email as soon as one is available.
