Data security is important to us. As a part of our ongoing cybersecurity work, Denver Water has made changes to the Transfer of Service portal to increase security for all. These improvements took effect Monday, Jan. 22, 2024.
The new Transfer of Service portal functions the same way but looks slightly different. You are able to do everything you previously did to manage service transfers with added security features like multi-factor authentication.
IMPORTANT: Title Company employees must register now individually.
Effective Jan. 22, 2024, all existing title company employees must register individually. Use of a shared “admin” account is no longer available. The following registration process will only take a few minutes.

Steps to register individually
- Access the Transfer of Service Portal 2.0. Click ‘Sign up now’ in the lower right corner.

- On the top line, the title company agent MUST enter their company email address. This is your username. Click ‘Send Verification Code’ and enter the verification code sent to your company email address.

- Next, create your new individual password and confirm it.
- ***IMPORTANT*** Your ‘Title Company Profile Name’ (provided by Denver Water) is one of the options below. You will need to copy and paste this name exactly into this field or your access will fail.
